These coffees are very dear and near to our hearts because they are carefully selected and sorted with love by the women of the farms. These lots are a showcase of our natural processed coffee beans. The goal behind this collection was to cultivate and process a coffee that not only preserved the prestige of the Red Catuai variety but excite the coffee lovers with its flavor dynamics and medium body component to excel as a single origin Espresso of filter coffee.
